Hi I’m Ross. I’m originally from Sligo on Ireland’s wild Atlantic coast. For more than 25 years I’ve travelled the country roads and quiet townland lanes of Ireland, exploring the landscapes, history and traditions that shape the island.
I have a deep love for the ancient stories of Ireland, especially the tales that have been passed down through generations by word of mouth. Celtic mythology, local folklore and the old legends of the land are a huge part of what I enjoy sharing with guests as we travel.
My favourite places in Ireland are the great coastal landscapes of the west and the ancient Neolithic sites scattered across the island. These places hold some of Ireland’s oldest stories and offer spectacular views
