2024 Port Of Newhaven Edinburgh Shore Excursions

Experienced Tours frequently organise private day trips from Newhaven Edinburgh Cruise terminal. Our bespoke shore excursions from Newhaven are tailored to your interests and typically cover more attractions and distance than larger pre-orgnaised group tours.

Newhaven is situated on the Firth of Forth (river forth estuary) approximately 4 miles north of Edinburgh city centre. Cruise ships anchor off the coast and guests are tendered in to the small harbour. Typically a day tour from Newhaven starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm, however that is influenced by the arrival and departure time of your ship.

From Newhaven it is easily possible to explore Edinburgh, East Lothian, The Kingdom of Fife & St Andrews or Stirling and Loch Lomond. Each shore tour is unique so please let us know your dates and what you would like to see on your visit to Scotland!
